In most cases, Robux are delivered within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on Roblox platform conditions, but the vast majority of orders are completed almost instantly.
KuyHub delivers Robux through Roblox's official group payout system. To receive a payout, your account must be a member of our designated Roblox group before placing an order.
We accept a wide range of payment methods through Midtrans, including QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, bank transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata), and convenience store payments (Alfamart, Indomaret).
If a payment fails or expires before being completed, no charges are applied to your account. Any held funds will be released automatically by your payment provider. You can create a new order at any time.
Visit the "Track Order" page on our website and enter your Order ID. You'll see real-time status updates including payment confirmation, processing, and delivery status.
Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed securely through Midtrans, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We never store your payment credentials — card numbers, PINs, or banking details are handled entirely by Midtrans.
Due to the digital nature of Robux, delivered orders are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if a system error on our side prevents delivery after successful payment, or in cases of accidental duplicate charges.
Unfortunately, once Robux have been sent to a Roblox account, the transaction cannot be reversed. Please double-check your username before completing your order. If you notice an error before delivery, contact our support team immediately.
The KuyHub Marketplace is a platform where verified sellers can list Roblox limited items for sale. All transactions are protected by our escrow system — your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt of the item.
When you purchase a marketplace item, your payment is held in escrow rather than sent directly to the seller. The funds are only released to the seller after you confirm that you've received the item, or after the auto-complete period (48 hours) if no action is taken.
